Hi Mitch. I feel that since you have made yourself such an intimate part of my family's life by becoming involved in our family finances (my husband is furloughed), we can be on a first name basis. You may call me Mrs. Hamby. I'm just dropping by from California to encourage you to do your job! Bring the vote to the floor to reopen the govt. You have a veto-proof majority, don't you? Your refusal to do your job causes one to wonder suspiciously about your motivation. I'm certain there are federal govt furloughed people/families amongst your constituency. You need to do right by them and reopen the govt. We need our paychecks. You know, the cost of living in CA is high. I would be more than happy to relocate my vote to Kentucky. Do. Your. Job. Obstructionist.
Kentucky ranks 47th in both education and poverty levels. Ranks very high in infant mortality and 42 in deaths of Mothers. Yep, hellava job, Mitch.
Like what? They can't get through to you on the phone or by emailing. Your boxes are full and I doubt heavily they are full of compliments
Seriously, The Senate passed a veto proof CR before the shutdown. You could end this! You don’t just put things up for a vote that the President will sign. That’s not how this works! I’m hoping 2020 will not be kind to you. #DitchMitch

"Interesting" how I attempted to contact Mitch McConnell via email on his website and got a message that my contact was "FORBIDDEN" and I could not cannot contact in this manner. POS
Here's what I attempted to send this POS, "I am a federal retiree with 32 years service at the VA Medical Center. I had to work without pay during three shutdowns in my federal career and it is not something I'd want to repeat. I was fortunate to have a financial backup plan (i.e. my parents) but many employees don't have that option. This current federal shutdown, which YOU personally continue to perpetuate is having catastrophic effects on not just the 800,000 furloughed employees, but on contractors, people in subsidized housing, our national parks, and the economy in general. YOU had no intention of funding "the wall" when you had the majority in both the House and Senate and now you're playing politics with people's lives and pretending this is a "crisis". It's quite curious that it's a "crisis" when a few cases of illegal immigrant crime is a big deal, but thousands of people being needlessly slaughtered in mass shootings only warrant "thoughts and prayers". Here's a novel idea, DO YOUR JOB AND PASS A BUDGET. That's what YOU'RE getting paid to do and you haven't managed it for years. Lastly, I was a Republican for 20 years and voted for you several times. I now regret ever having voted to keep you in office. Your partisan shenanigans are a disgrace to our founding fathers and to this country. Quit playing with innocent federal employee lives.P.S. I'm not against border security, but with all the current technology available to us a physical wall, at one border, is not the answer. "
Please all of you get together and make tougher laws for ANIMAL ABUSE! These poor fur babies need laws to protect them from cruel people! Please Help! Help your state, Kentucky!! Mitch McConnell, Im calling you out!
Kentucky is a welfare queen state.Mcconnell complains about “socialist” programs while his state is a tops in utilizing said programs. He always has his hand out.
Declare a national emergency? Should have been done two years ago? Why was it not declared 2 or more years ago? Can you explain?
According to National Parks Traveler, visitors are creating illegal roads and driving into some of the park’s most fragile areas. They are also chopping down trees, setting illegal fires, and graffitiing rocks. With Joshua Tree being roughly the size of Delaware, the eight on-duty law enforcement rangers had no way to stop all the prohibited activity.
“Mitch McConnell voted 6 times to raise his own pay and 15 times against raising the minimum wage. Kentucky has voted for him for 34 years, making him the 11th richest senator, while Kentucky remains the 7th poorest state.” Most red states are the poorest in the country. When will they learn that republicans absolutely cannot govern successfully. Why do they consistently vote against their best interests?
