Her second husband was Donald Trump. She first met Donald Trump while working for the 1976 Olympic Games. Over the course of their relationship, Ivana became entrenched in the Trump Organization, working as the Vice President of interior design, and later as the president of Trump's casino in Atlantic City and The Plaza hotel. Donald and Ivana got divorced in 1992. She separated from her husband in 1990 amid rumors of his affair with Marla Maples.

In 1993, He gave it up to become a partner with his wife in her business, the House of Ivana. In 1997, Mazzucchelli sued Ivana and Donald for libel. She filed a $15 million breach of contract suit against Mazzucchelli for violating the confidentiality clause in their prenuptial agreement.

Her fourth husbands was Rossano Rubicondi. The couple first wed in a lavish ceremony Donald Trump's Palm Beach, Florida in April 2008. She announced their breakup that December. She blamed the split on the couple wanting to live in different cities.

On April 26, 2019, Ivana Trump has been staying in Zagreb and one of the main reasons for her visit to Croatia is for her to undergo eye surgery that has now been safely and successfully performed at the Zagreb's well known Svjetlost Clinic.

"The operation was fast, painless, and I can see today without any problems without glasses. I have a completely different and glorious view of the world I'm going to discover again,'' added a satisfied Ivana Trump.
