"It was 70 inches on the table with about 13 layers. Each layer was ringed with flowers. We had lisianthus, roses, peonies, Lilies of the Valley, baby’s breath – all in the coloring of whites, creams, pinks ivory and flush tones. As varied as the sugar decor was the flavor of the cake. They had several flavors. They had chocolate, carrot, almond and yellow cake all in the multiple layered cake. They had some 500 people so they wanted a variety.” said Weinstock.
